Due to the volume of block and advance bookings, Copper Dell regrets that single night stays are subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed in advance, other than by arrangement closer to the date of arrival.
At the time of booking a deposit is required of 25% of total cost. We reserve the right to let any room, if the deposit has not been paid when requested.
If there is a cancellation or change of your dates is made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival 2 nights amount will be deducted. If the period is 2 days, or less prior to arrival the full amount will be deducted. No show (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount.
If a guest requires to cancel a reservation for any reason they must notify the proprietor by telephone, and confirm it in writing. The proprietor will them attempt to re-book the room, given sufficient notice, but if unsuccessful the guest will not be entitled to a refund of any deposit paid. Please note we cannot return a deposit if notified at short notice.
If guests arrive later than their confirmed date a cancellation charge may be made. Earlier than scheduled departures are handled as a cancellation, and the same policy applies.
In the event that your stay is Curtailed for any reason, we regret that no reductions of monies due or paid will be made. However if the room is re-let, for the full period of the booking made a refund of the remaining balance charged will be made to you, by us, less an administration charge of £25.00.
IT IS THEREFORE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT ALL GUESTS ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INURANCE POLICY IN PLACE FOR CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT OF STAY.
